- The closing unit has simple structure and reliable operation principle, which not only fundamentally eliminates the occurrence of failures such as failure to maintain and refuse to divide after closing, but also reduces the tripping power required for opening.
- The high-performance opening buffer can reduce the overshoot or rebound amplitude of the moving contact when the circuit breaker is opened, reduce the probability of arc reburning when the circuit breaker is opened, and ensure the mechanical life of the bellows of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber.

The solid-sealed pole has excellent electrical properties.
The main circuit of VPT vacuum circuit breaker adopts the structure of solid-sealed pole, and the miniaturized vacuum interrupter and other parts of the main circuit are directly sealed in epoxy resin through advanced APG technology, which not only simplifies the assembly process of pole, improves the reliability of the conductive circuit of the vacuum interrupter, but also makes the outer surface of the vacuum interrupter not affected by external mechanical force and external environment.
Miniaturized solid seal special vacuum interrupter
The special vacuum arc extinguishing chamber for solid sealing adopts cup-shaped longitudinal magnetic field contact. During the fox burning process of the contact, the current flows into the coil part of the contact seat from the conductive rod and then flows into the contact. The current flowing through the coil generates a certain degree of longitudinal magnetic field in the contact gap. The longitudinal magnetic field makes the contact with the same diameter maintain the arc as a diffused type when breaking a large short-circuit current, thus greatly improving the breaking capacity of the contact.
Secondary control circuit board
