1. The circuit breaker structure adopts the overall layout
The spring operating mechanism and the circuit breaker body part adopt the integrated structure design. The primary main electric circuit and mechanism adopt the form of upper and lower layout. The main electric circuit part is located at the upper part of the mechanism, and the spring operating mechanism and handcart propulsion mechanism are located at the lower part of the circuit breaker, with compact structure and reasonable layout;2, better handcart interchangeability and adaptability.
The circuit breaker handcart adopts floor structure design, without transfer trolley, which is convenient for users to carry out on-site maintenance and regular maintenance. Insulated barrel structure:
The vacuum interrupter of the primary circuit of the circuit breaker is arranged in a closed insulation cylinder, which is made of epoxy resin material with reliable electromechanical performance and formed by advanced APG process. The insulation cylinder not only plays a supporting role in installation, but also plays an interphase role. Relative ground insulation. The design of the insulation cylinder fully considers the national standards and the use requirements of harsh working conditions, which can not only prevent the vacuum extinguishing chamber from the influence of the external environment, prevent dust and foreign matter from entering the main circuit part, but also ensure that even in the hot and humid and serious pollution environment, the voltage effect can also show a high resistance state.
Solid seal structure:
The primary conductive circuit of the circuit breaker adopts a solid-sealed pole with solid insulation technology. The solid-sealed pole directly seals the vacuum interrupter and other parts of the primary conductive circuit in a special ring hydrogen resin material through an advanced automatic pressure gel APGZ process to form a main conductive circuit module. The mounting end of the solid-sealed pole is designed with internal and external double folds, and the pole has a large creepage ratio. High mechanical strength, high precision parts, small number of parts, no secondary adjustment, less overlapping surface characteristics. The electric field distribution of the pole is uniform, which avoids the damage of the organic insulation caused by the local electric field concentration. At the same time, the use of this structural design can greatly simplify the assembly process of the secondary main electric circuit, completely avoid the problem of loosening of the main electric circuit connecting bolts due to vibration in operation, ensure the high reliability of the main electric circuit connection, and make it possible to realize the maintenance-free primary electric circuit of the circuit breaker.5.
