  • 1. Modular design
    Including load switch unit (C), load switch fuse combination unit (F). Different modules such as circuit breaker unit (V), metering cabinet unit (M) and bus PT unit (PT) can be arbitrarily combined to form ring network cabinet.

     

    2. Fully insulated and fully sealed design
    The primary live part (main bus) and switch body of XCGIRNS series switchgear are sealed in a gas box formed by welding stainless steel plates. The main circuit is connected to the outside through a sleeve that meets the DIN47636 standard installed on the gas box, and can be connected to incoming and outgoing cables through a fully insulated, fully shielded and fully sealed detachable connector. The protection level of the gas box reaches IP67, and the inside of the gas box is not affected by the external environment, with short-term anti-flood and anti-condensation function.

     

    3. Flexible extensible design
    XCGIRNS series switchgear can be combined into a common box type non-expandable fixed ring network switchgear through various standard unit modules (in the same SF6 insulated gas box, up to 6 units can be combined into a common box), or different modules can be combined to design an expandable unit through a dedicated fully insulated and fully shielded bus bar

    4. High safety and reliability

    6. Advanced welding and sealing technology
    The XCGIRNS series switchgear strictly controls the strength, hardness, compression deformation and other properties of materials for dynamic seals (switch operation shaft), barometer, high pressure casing, explosion-proof valve and other components involving elastic seals, and ensures the sealing performance through a series of tests and detection means. High manufacturing precision of gas box: drawing on the advanced experience of the industry, Japan's Mitsubishi laser cutting machine and numerical control punching, reduction, folding and other equipment are introduced to ensure the dimensional precision of gas box parts processing. ABB welding robot is adopted, and the full-automatic welding process ensures high welding efficiency, stable gas box quality and beautiful welding seam, prevents gas leakage in the gas box and invasion of external moisture to the greatest extent.
    Guaranteed the XCGIRNS series inflatable cabinet of the sexual energy set. High-quality control requirements for components: dynamic seals, density meters, high-voltage bushings and other components shall be tested by ammonia mass spectrometer leak detectors and X-ray nondestructive detectors, and relevant insulating parts shall be tested by local discharge to ensure the high quality of components and improve the sealing performance of gas boxes. Perfect leak detection technology: In addition to the quality control of components, the gas box is assembled. Further leak detection of 100% is required after inflation.
    High standard requirements: gas annual relative leakage rate <0.01%, far higher than the national standard <1% technical requirements.
