2.1 green, low carbon, environmental protection
XCAirSet-12 series products adopt maintenance-free installation scheme, high-voltage components are sealed in stainless steel boxes, dry air is used to replace SF6 gas as insulating gas, and pure nitrogen can also be used as insulating gas. All products do not contain SF6 gas and do not produce greenhouse gas. No harmful substances are produced in the production process of the product, which greatly reduces the difficulty of recycling at the end of the equipment life cycle, and the recovery rate of materials after the product life cycle reaches more than 90%, providing a low-carbon, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable solution for the implementation of the green development of the distribution network.

XCAirSet-12 series products are guaranteed by mature design scheme and strict manufacturing process to ensure that each switch has no maintenance mechanical life. The circuit breaker unit has IOooO times and the three-position switch has 3000 times. The mechanical life of the circuit breaker mechanism can reach up to 30000 times and the mechanical life of the three-position switch mechanism can reach 6000 times. After the power frequency withstand voltage test of the switching unit without entering the box, the partial discharge of 1.3 times the rated voltage is less than 3pC and the whole cabinet is less than 5pC; the core switch unit with performance advantages is installed in the air box, and the insulation performance under zero gauge pressure after vacuum ammonia leak detection in the sealed box is still better than the standard required value, which can ensure the long-term live operation of "zero gauge pressure.

XCAirSet-12 series products adopt long-life, maintenance-free vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, all the charged parts are sealed in the inflatable metal box body, which is not affected by the external environment. The overall protection level of the gas box reaches IP67, especially suitable for high altitude, severe cold, humidity, filth and other harsh environments, with excellent environmental adaptability. The well-designed circuit breaker core unit can successfully pass all insulation, withstand voltage and partial discharge tests even if the gas box is not sealed. Fully sealed without SF6 gas leakage monitoring and maintenance, reduce equipment life cycle costs and maintenance workload.
2.4 a variety of flexible solutions, convenient and reliable
XCAirSet-12 series products adopt micro-positive pressure dry air insulation and mature box welding process. The air leakage probability is less than 0.01, ensuring sufficient insulation strength for continuous operation in zero gauge pressure state. The internal arcing tolerance of not less than 20kA/0.5s verified by many tests provides sufficient safety protection for operation and maintenance personnel. The cabinet body can be selected as a common box type or a unit type scheme. The single-interval switch cabinet and cabinet have two mature schemes of top expansion and cabinet side expansion. Standardized or individually customized schemes can be easily operated with SF6 ring network cabinet and solid insulated ring network cabinet.
