At present, GIS products filled with SF6 gas are mainly used. Although the product is small in size, SF6 gas is a restricted greenhouse gas (contrary to environmental protection), and SF6 gas needs to be checked regularly. Structurally, SF6 switch cabinet adopts plug-in bus connector. Once the parts in SF6 gas box fail, the side cabinet can only be repaired after it is removed. The power failure time is relatively long, and the operation and maintenance costs are higher than those of air insulation products. In this context, our company has independently developed a new generation of KYN9-27.5/2 × 27.5kV armored removable metal enclosed switchgear for electrified railways (hereinafter referred to as unipolar/bipolar intermediate cabinet). The volume of this product is larger than GIS products, but much smaller than domestic air insulated products. The supporting isolating switch and circuit breaker adopt integrated design and are installed in the middle removable type. If you want to repair and replace the circuit breaker, you only need to draw out the integrated isolation circuit breaker, and the old and new can be completed in a short time, which greatly saves maintenance cost and time. And the use of air insulation, in line with the requirements of environmental protection. According to user requirements, it can also provide intelligent control, protection, monitoring, measurement, communication and other intelligent requirements of one or two integration.     • Function compound, convenient operation and maintenance

On the contrary, when the circuit breaker opens and the pole rotates to the horizontal position, the rear end toggle device will close the contact box mouth by moving the valve of the contact box horizontally, pull out the positioning pin, and the isolation-circuit breaker can be pulled out of the cabinet. Isolation-circuit breaker operation, transfer, maintenance, etc. are very convenient.

    • Air insulation, safe and reliable

    The unique structure design is adopted, the upper and lower isolating switches are omitted, the pole of the circuit breaker rotates, the function of the isolating switch is realized, and the miniaturization of air insulation is achieved. It subverts the traditional method of using insulation coating in order to achieve miniaturization, or the extensive use of organic insulating material partitions in the cabinet. The shielding valve of the new contact box is also metal, which meets the requirements of metal armor spacing.

    • Simple circuit, less heat source
