XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker

The new longitudinal isolation-vacuum circuit breaker-grounding, XCVVZ miniaturized switchgear is one of them. Its main features are: the height of the fixed pole of the circuit breaker is only 2/3 of the movable end pull rod side of the arc extinguishing chamber of similar products, the overtravel tube pull rod and the pole are connected with the transmission shaft crank arm in parallel upward, the circuit breaker operating mechanism includes the isolation and grounding circuit breaker operating mechanism, and integrates the cabinet door, isolation and grounding mechanical interlocking into one, with compact function, reliable performance, small size and integral installation or disassembly. The opening and closing state of the isolating switch and the grounding switch can be directly seen from outside the cabinet.
XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker can be installed in two ways: side-mounted and flat-mounted. The flat-mounted cabinet will not deform and tilt the cabinet to varying degrees due to gravity on one side like side-mounted.

  • Functional composite, integrated products

    XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker is a product integrating isolation switch, vacuum circuit breaker and grounding switch. The upper outgoing line of the isolating switch is connected with the bus, the rotating end of the isolating switch is the upper static contact of the vacuum interrupter, the lower outgoing line end of the solid-sealed pole of the vacuum interrupter is equivalent to the installation insulator of the static contact of the grounding switch, and the traditional connecting line between the three switches is equal to zero. Valuable space in the switch cabinet is effectively saved. After installing XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker in a cabinet with an external dimension of 500mm (width) and X2000mm mm (height) and X1000mm mm (depth), common transformer, lightning arrester and live display sensing insulator can also be installed, and the cable installation height is about 600mm. In order to ensure the cable installation height, if the cabinet is 1800mm high, the cabinet width should be appropriately widened to 550mm. Similarly, if the cabinet is 1700mm high, the cabinet width should be appropriately widened to 600mm.

     

    Modular spring energy storage operating mechanism

    XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker adopts modular spring operating mechanism, which has the following significant advantages compared with other mechanisms:

    It can be inserted and installed as a whole or pulled out and disassembled as a whole. Whether it is installation or after-sales service, the disassembly and assembly of the mechanism can be completed in a short time.

    The rack is arranged longitudinally for A, B, C, circuit breaker pole side drive, unique spring operating mechanism; has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable performance and strong specificity.

    The mechanism is small in size and has many functions. The mechanism not only has the operation function of similar circuit breakers at home and abroad, but also has the function of isolating switch and grounding operation. At the same time, it also has many functions such as mechanical chain operation of cabinet door. The closing operation power is low, the impact is small, and the noise is low. It is an ideal spring operating mechanism for longitudinal circuit breakers.

     

    Compact and compact

    The mechanical transmission of XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker is arranged in the middle of the right side of the pole, so that the upper and lower outgoing lines on the left side do not need to avoid the transmission mechanism, so that when installed in the switch cabinet, the size of the switch cabinet in the width direction can be greatly reduced.

     

    Design with through-wall partition

    XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker, the upper end of the solid pole of the circuit breaker is square, leaving a square metal partition space after three-phase assembly, which provides great convenience for the metal armor isolation of the bus room and the cable room.

     

    The solid-sealed pole has excellent electrical properties.

    XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker adopts the solid-sealed pole technology, the vacuum interrupter and the upper static contact are sealed in epoxy resin, which simplifies the assembly process of the circuit breaker and minimizes the impact of the external environment of the vacuum interrupter.

     

    Disconnector, earthing switch

    The isolating switch, circuit breaker and grounding switch of XCVVZ longitudinal isolation vacuum circuit breaker are controlled by mechanical interlocking and designed according to the interlocking program, and the structure meets the requirements of "five-prevention interlocking. If the order of the operator is not correct, the operation position such as the operation hole cannot be inserted normally. The isolating switch and the earthing switch have independent operation spindles, and the position conversion is realized through the rotation of the spindle. The rotation opening and closing of the isolation operation shaft releases and pushes energy through the zero-crossing point of the compression spring. The isolation operation main shaft is connected to the hole of the knife switch through the connecting plate. The knife switch is inserted into the shaft hole and connected with the static contact of the circuit breaker. The insertion part of the knife switch is equipped with an aluminum pressure equalizing cover. The shaft structure with three phases rotating integrally ensures the same phase of the isolation switch, and reduces the intermediate transmission links such as the arm shaft, and arm. The isolated upper static contact is cast in the pole for inserting the isolation knife switch and connecting with the main bus, which reduces the insulation distance between the main bus and the isolated knife switch and reduces the height of the bus room. The opening and closing operation of the grounding switch is pushed by the release of the zero crossing point of the spring, regardless of the size and speed of the operator's operating force. The isolating switch and the grounding switch are operated separately. In the opening state of the circuit breaker, the grounding switch can be closed only after the isolating switch is opened. On the contrary, the isolating switch can be opened and closed only after the grounding switch is opened. When the circuit breaker is in the closing state, neither the isolating switch nor the grounding switch can realize the opening and closing operation instructions to ensure the safety of the operator.

     

    Perfect mechanical interlocking

    • The circuit breaker and isolating switch are provided with perfect mechanical interlocking function in the spring operating mechanism:
    • When the cabinet door is opened, the isolating circuit breaker cannot be operated;
    • Only when the isolating switch is closed, the circuit breaker can be closed;
    • After the circuit breaker is closed, the isolation/grounding switch cannot be operated;
    • The cabinet door can only be opened when the isolating/grounding switch is in the isolating/grounding position;
    • All interlocking functions have been designed inside the switch spring operating mechanism, and only one lock piece needs to be installed on the switch cabinet, so there is no need to design complicated interlocking, and it is very convenient to use.
