VES1 integrated high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker and its supporting M-XGN-type miniaturized switchgear are a new generation of miniaturized power distribution products introduced by Xicheng Technology Co., Ltd. The product has strong versatility in structure and can be easily used for well cabinet with XGN mouth switch cabinet (equipped with FLN36(SF6), FKN12, FZN25G, GN19 and other switches). The minimum size of the product cabinet can reach 500mm wide, which is nearly 40% less than that of XGN port switch cabinet composed of traditional VS1 vacuum circuit breaker, thus greatly reducing the space occupied by equipment and saving investment cost.

The product adopts modular mechanism and has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable performance, compact structure and small size. The product is suitable for the use of ring network power supply unit, power plant and substation, especially for the working condition of enterprises, buildings, high-rise buildings and other fields. Installed in substations, box-type substations and switches and other complete sets of equipment products, can easily meet the automatic requirements of power distribution.

    VES1 integrated high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an integrated product integrating isolating switch, vacuum circuit breaker and grounding switch (optional). Its isolating switch has obvious visible isolating fracture, which ensures the safety of operators. Reliable mechanical interlocking shall be provided among the isolating switch, circuit breaker and earthing switch. The isolating switch and earthing switch adopt linkage operating mechanism, that is, when the isolating switch is closed, the earthing switch is opened, and vice versa.

    Modular spring energy storage operating mechanism
    The VES1 integrated high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker adopts a modular operating mechanism. The mechanism and the switch body are independent of each other. The operating mechanism can be inserted or withdrawn as a whole. It has the characteristics of small operating power, simple structure, stability and reliability, and easy maintenance.
    Day 2.3 compact structure, small
    The product has a compact structure, and the minimum size of the cabinet can reach 500mm wide. It can be easily combined with switch cabinets composed of FLN36(SF6), FKN12, FZN25G, GN19, etc.

    Perfect mechanical interlocking

    • The circuit breaker and the isolating switch are provided with perfect mechanical interlocking function in the yellow operating mechanism: when the cabinet door is opened, the isolating circuit breaker cannot be operated;
    • Only when the isolating switch is closed, the circuit breaker can be closed;
    • After the circuit breaker is closed, the isolation/grounding switch cannot be operated;
    • The cabinet door can only be opened when the isolating/grounding switch is in the isolating/grounding position;
    • All interlocking functions have been designed inside the switch elastic yellow operating mechanism. Only one lock piece needs to be installed on the switch cabinet, and complicated interlocking design is no longer required, which is very convenient to use.
