CVE CVM solid seal vacuum contactor and combination appliance
CVE/M-12 vacuum contactor and CVE/M(F) vacuum contactor fuse combination appliance is suitable for three-phase AC power system with rated voltage of 3.6-12KV and rated frequency of 50Hz. It can be assembled to form a F-C circuit for power plants and industrial and mining enterprises to close and open AC high-voltage motors, transformers, induction furnaces and other loads, and has overload and short-circuit protection functions.
The product is designed with the principles of vacuum arc extinguishing and air insulation. Epoxy resin solid seal insulation (APG) technology is adopted. The overall dimensions of the product are the same as those of VD4 circuit breaker of ABB Company, and can be arranged in 650mm wide central switch cabinet. The product has the characteristics of long service life, frequent operation, stable operation, small footprint, etc. Product technology has reached the international leading level, and won a number of national patents:

The arc extinguishing chamber of CVE/M-12 vacuum contactor adopts epoxy resin solid sealing technology (APG). The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and primary conductive parts are insulated with epoxy resin solid, thus avoiding the protection and pollution problems caused by the insulation of the main circuit due to the exposure of the arc extinguishing chamber. Among them, the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is completely maintenance-free during its life cycle: this product is especially suitable for places with harsh environment and serious pollution.
CVE/M-12 vacuum contactor and CVE/M(F) vacuum contactor-fuse combination electrical appliance are of center-mounted handcart structure, with external dimensions interchangeable with ABB's VD4 vacuum circuit breaker, and mechanical interlocking meets the requirements of center-mounted switchgear (e. g. KYN28KYN96, ZS1, GZS, etc.). Complete the five-proof chain requirements with the cabinet body through the chassis car.
