ZYN port-12kV armored longitudinal removal type indoor AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as longitudinal intermediate cabinet) is a new generation of air insulated switchgear independently developed by our company. Its matching longitudinal removal type isolating vacuum circuit breaker is also independently developed by our company. It is a new product integrating the functions of isolating switch and vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as longitudinal removal type isolating circuit breaker). The main circuit of the longitudinal central cabinet adopts the vertical arrangement of the main primary components directly connected from top to bottom, so that the main circuit does not need branch bus transition and other insulation supports, the structure is simple and compact, and the separation and closing state of the double isolation fracture is directly visible, which is our patented product.
The longitudinal middle cabinet is mainly composed of fixed cabinet body and extractable parts. According to the function of electrical equipment in the cabinet, the cabinet body is divided into four different functional units with metal partition: bus room, circuit breaker room, cable room and instrument room, and each functional compartment is provided with pressure relief channel. At the same time, a small bus room on the top of the cabinet is added for convenience of construction. The cabinet shell and the partitions of each functional unit are made of aluminum-zinc plate or cold-rolled steel plate and bolted after bending. The installation and debugging can be carried out in front of the cabinet and behind the cabinet at the same time. If the circuit breaker needs to be overhauled and replaced, the switch replacement can be completed in a short time by pulling out the longitudinal removal type isolating circuit breaker handcart, thus saving time and maintenance cost. Compared with similar products, this product has a functional composite. Small size, light weight, convenient maintenance and safety and environmental protection.
