    KYN61 -40.5 armored metal enclosed switchgear is used in 40.5KV three-phase AC 50H2 power system as power plants, substations and distribution rooms of industrial and mining enterprises to receive and distribute electric energy.   • The structure of the switch cabinet can be divided into two parts: cabinet body and handcart. C cabinet body is equipped with a new type of fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker or imported sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker. The cabinet body is assembled with bolts, which improves the matching accuracy of the handcart and the cabinet body. The product has a beautiful appearance, can quickly organize production and assembly, and can deliver in time.
    The typical scheme can be divided into four parts according to functional characteristics: relay instrument room, handcart room, cable room and bus room. Each part is separated by grounded metal plate, thus preventing arc extension, thus limiting possible faults to a small range except relay room. Other compartments have independent pressure relief channels. When a certain part needs to be replaced, there is no need to cut off the power supply at both ends of the component. The maintenance personnel can enter the room safely, and the protection level of the enclosure is IP3X; the protection level is IP2X when the handcart door is opened and the breaker handcart is in the open/test position.
    Closed door operation can be achieved. All normal operations of the switch cabinet, including the opening and closing of the circuit breaker, the pushing of the circuit breaker trolley to the working position and the exiting to the open/test position, and the opening and closing of the grounding switch can be carried out under the condition that the high-voltage compartment door is closed,
    The switch cabinet has other primary schemes such as cable incoming and outgoing lines, overhead incoming and outgoing lines, bus connection, isolation, voltage transformer, lightning arrester, etc.: the switch cabinet adopts composite insulation material technology, which is completely based on the domestic.
    The main circuit adopts insulated busbar, and the phase and connector are equipped with insulation sleeves made of flame retardant materials. The main busbar is segmented busbar and the adjacent cabinets are separated by busbar sleeves, which can effectively prevent the spread of accidents and play an auxiliary support role for the main busbar. The cable room is equipped with current transformers, grounding switches, etc., and the ample space conditions are convenient for the connection of multiple cables.
    The front of the contact box is equipped with metal valves. The upper and lower valves will automatically open when the handcart moves from the disconnection/test position to the working position, and will automatically close when the handcart moves in the opposite direction to form effective isolation.
    The interlocking between the main switch, handcart, earthing switch and cabinet door adopts compulsory mechanical locking mode to meet the "five prevention" function.
    The earthing switch has the closing ability to avoid undue damage to the equipment due to misoperation. The voltage monitoring insulator is integrated with the grounding switch. The terminal is displayed on the front of the switch cabinet and can emit visible light at 15% of the rated phase voltage. It has more safety measures to protect people than M.
    The circuit breaker trolley is only available when in the disconnect/test position or the I: operation position. The circuit breaker can only be closed, and once the circuit breaker is closed, the propulsion mechanism of the handcart cannot be operated to prevent the loaded push-pull circuit breaker handcart c.
    Only when the grounding switch is in the open state, the circuit breaker trolley can move from the open/test position to the working position, only when the circuit breaker trolley is in the open/test position. The grounding switch can only be closed so as to prevent the wrong grounding switch from being charged.
    When the grounding switch is in the opening state, the cable room door cannot be opened to prevent entering the live interval by mistake,
    When the circuit breaker handcart is in the test or T position without control and pressure, it can only be opened manually but not closed (optional).
    When the circuit breaker cart is in the working position, the secondary plug is locked and cannot be pulled straight.
    The handcart frame is equipped with a lead screw nut propulsion mechanism and an overrunning clutch. The screw nut propulsion mechanism can be easily operated to move the handcart between the disconnection/test position and the working position. With the self-locking of the screw nut, the handcart can be reliably locked in the working position to prevent accidents caused by the movement of the handcart caused by the action of electric power. C The overrunning clutch works when the handcart moves back to the disconnection/test position and enters the working position, so that the operating shaft and the screw shaft are automatically separated and idle, it can prevent damage to the propulsion mechanism due to misoperation. Compared with similar foreign products, the switch cabinet has a larger composite insulation margin and good insulation stability.
