Cooling Off in Summer, Love Fills the Workshop — Together, We Build a Cool Haven

In this passionate month of July, Xiecheng Technology has entered its peak production season. Even in this sweltering heat, our frontline employees remain steadfast at their posts, their uniforms drenched with sweat. Each drop of that sweat embodies our unwavering commitment to quality, our sense of responsibility, and our promise to our customers. To honor this arduous dedication and these steadfast commitments, the company leadership, together with the trade union, has launched a warm yet impactful “Summer Coolness Delivery” campaign this scorching summer. Not only does it bring a refreshing touch of coolness to our staff, but it also actively enhances our working environment, allowing love and care to take root and flourish in every corner of the workplace.
To cope with the ongoing heatwave, the union has meticulously planned and carefully prepared, ensuring that every refreshing beverage reaches each employee’s heart. In the break rooms on every floor of the workshops, several cans of light, delicate herbal cooling tea are neatly arranged for employees to brew. Made from a blend of natural herbs, this tea is renowned for its ability to clear heat, detoxify, generate body fluids, and quench thirst; a single cup dispels fatigue and the oppressive heat that has settled over the body.
Even more thoughtfully, the union has also arranged for chilled, sweet watermelons to be provided uniformly to frontline workshop employees. The juicy, refreshingly sweet slices offer a moment of coolness and sweetness amidst the hustle and bustle, allowing workers to unwind for a brief respite. Employees gather in a circle, sharing this refreshing treat from the union; amid laughter and cheerful chatter, the fatigue of work seems to melt away.
In addition, the homemade iced four-fruit soup and iced passion fruit–lemon tea have both earned unanimous praise from frontline employees. The four-fruit soup boasts a rich, well-rounded flavor that effectively cools the body and promotes healthy skin, while the passion fruit–lemon tea has won over many staff members with its distinctive sweet-and-sour taste and high vitamin C content.
In this battle against the scorching heat, the trade union has demonstrated its core principle of “people-oriented” management through concrete actions, ensuring that every employee feels the warmth and care of home. This refreshing respite not only alleviates physical discomfort but also ignites everyone’s enthusiasm and creativity at work, enabling them to contribute their part to the company’s thriving development.
Xiamen’s scorching summer heat persists for an extended period, and the temperature inside the workshop remains stubbornly high, posing significant challenges to the working environment of frontline employees. To effectively improve working conditions and boost productivity, company management and the trade union have joined forces to undertake a comprehensive upgrade of the workshop, with the installation of new air-conditioning systems being the most notable initiative. 
After careful selection and installation, one high-efficiency, energy-saving air-conditioning unit after another has quietly made its debut in the workshop. With their elegant presence, they stand proudly in every corner, silently bringing coolness and comfort to the employees. Cool air flows swiftly throughout the space, instantly dispelling the stuffy heat and irritation of the workshop and creating an atmosphere that feels like a crisp early autumn morning—truly refreshing and uplifting.
The newly installed air conditioning not only brings physical coolness but also injects a powerful psychological boost, energizing our employees. In the past, during scorching heat, they often had to endure sweat-soaked clothes and physical exhaustion; now, however, they can focus on their work in a far more comfortable environment, naturally leading to significant improvements in both efficiency and creativity. This thoughtful care and investment from the company has made employees feel valued and respected, further strengthening their sense of belonging and responsibility. We are confident that, in the days ahead, this refreshing comfort will accompany every employee as we jointly write a new chapter in the company’s development.
